Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

       •       Perform residential and light commercial plumbing                        service, repairs, and installations

       •       Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend proper                        solutions        

       •       Install, repair, and replace water supply and drain                            systems

       •       Work with PEX, PVC, CPVC, copper, and cast iron                            piping

       •       Complete repipes, water heaters, fixtures, and valve                        installations       

       •       Read and interpret basic plumbing layouts and plans

       •       Ensure work meets local plumbing codes and safety                        standards

       •       Communicate clearly with customers and office staff    

       •       Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

       •       Operate company vehicles and maintain                                          tools/equipment

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
• Florida plumbing license a plus (not required depending on role)
